IECP Applicant Information

To be accepted into the Intensive English Conversation Program (IECP), you must send all of the items listed below to the Admissions Office or register in person.  Applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the classes are full. 

IMPAC must receive the following before a student can enter the IECP;

1)Course fees.

2)IMPAC Application form.

3)Signed and completed Assumption of Risk form, releasing IMPAC from responsibility in case of accident or injury.

4)For students under the age of f18, this form must be co-signed by a      parent/guardian.  An Underage Application form must also be         completed and signed by the applicant and the parent/guardian.  

IMPAC Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from the school within the first four weeks of the term will receive a refund less the charges applicable to the first four weeks.

Students who withdraw from the school after the first four weeks, but before the midpoint of the term will receive a refund prorated on a weekly basis.

Students who withdraw from the school after the midpoint of the term receive no refund.

Students who withdraw after completing the first term but before the midpoint of any subsequent term will receive a refund prorated on a weekly basis. No refunds are paid after the midpoint of any subsequent term.

* Refunds are for TUITION only. Textbook and administration fees will   not be refunded.
